Is near an alternative to Provigil (for activeness and wakefulness)?
Provigil is an anti-narcoleptic medication that is VERY expensive. It was given to me to augment my anti-depressant because with depression, I just can't stay awake and sleep ALL the time. I own tried going off the Provigil, and I can't stay awake without it, no matter what I try. I'd like to bring back off of it.
Any ideas?
Pure essential lemongrass oil. It'll work better than any med! About $8 for a .5 ounce bottle. If you hold the bottle up to your nose or drop 2 drops on a Kleenex or something, you'll own energy pronto. Just don't sniff too much an hour before retiring to bed.
