efexor (venlafaxine) contains the active ingredient venlafaxine hydrochloride, while Cymbalta contains duloxetine hydrochloride. Both are a type of antidepressant known as a serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). This type of medicine acts on effrontery cells in the brain.

Possible side-effects include lowered blood pressure, sexual dysfunction, weight gain, sedation, dry mouth and constipation.

So i've been on the birth control Yaz for about three months, the first time i took the sugar pills i got my period that hours of darkness (i take them on wednesday), the next month i didnt get my period until saturday, i lately took my third one yesterday. i still havent got my period but i'm not freaking out...
