Have you significantly changed your diet, or lost a lot of weight?
These things determine your answer. I read out DON'T stop it; it won't hurt you. And if you still need it and you stop taking it, you could have a heart attack or worse.
Don't stop it without talking to your Dr. and talking it over. In general, it would be great if you could slowly stop taking naicin...but it requires reduction and isn't a good idea to do it on your own.
