Is it hazardous to pilfer lyrica when there's no actual requirement to?
My friend has been taking lyrica, but he doesn't have a medical need to. Could he possibly be getting buzzed/high bad if it? (If you can). Is it dangerous? What are the effects?
I have used Lyrica on and off for the last couple of years. It is used mostly to oblige treat nerve pain, like in Diabetics. Over the Counter and Prescription relievers from time to time help people with nerve throbbing.
From personal experience I can tell you that Lyrica is dangerous and (like all medicines) shouldn't be taken if there is no medical involve. I am pretty sure it doesn't cause any kind of high. I took 100 Mg's, which I believe is the max. I never got any character of high or impairment, but I have also been taking hardcore pain relievers most of my time. I also noticed that the Lyrica never really helped with my pain, but my doctors eventually figure I didn't have nerve pain, just other types of strain.
Lyrica can have some serious side effects, especially if you drink alcohol. If/When your friend stops taking the medicine, tell him to taper off the drug, not lately stop cold turkey. My doctors told me my system could go into serious shock if I took it for a while and then stopped immediately.
Anyway, unless your friend believes he has impudence pain, he shouldn't take this drug. If he is looking for a high or escape, he will probably overdose before getting some form of euphoric feeling. If he wants the drug to help with aching (it can also be prescribed to help nerve damage with depression), consequently he should find a doctor (I would suggest a pain management physician). If he does go to a physician, which he will eventually need because he will entail refills, then he needs to tell him that he have either used the drug before legally through a past prescription or never used it up to that time but a friend suggested it.
