He take 10mg Lexapro, 50mg Lamictal, which one is most credible causeing nausea? Over 30 days of this combo?

I've taken Lexapro and never got nausea, so I would surmise that it's the Lamictal, however, I would suggest going to a robustness site like Yahoo! Health or something and look up the drug name. They'll give you possible side effects.
It's really a toss up. 7-14% of patients tend to experience nausea on Lamictal. 15% of patients tend to experience nausea on Lexapro. It's probably a potentiation effect from taking both of them. Although, my gut instinct is leaning more toward the Lamictal -- I really bet that's the culprit. Try taking the meds beside a full 12 ounce glass of water and on a full stomach (right after a meal) and see if that helps.
i have dispensed 1000's of lexapro and i haven't had any lenient say that it has caused nausea, but we do have some patients that complain more or less the lamictal causing nausea.
however if you have been on this for over a month and you are still having problems after i think you should call your doctor and let them know. you have to weigh the option of taking this medication if your gonna stay sick all the time.
