Don't pilfer a plain aspirin make sure it is coated.
make sure you have something in your stomach when you take the meds
take with food also try an acid reflux med close to prilosec all of our heart pt get put on protonix it's like the prilosec but protonix is by prescription. what ever you do don't stop taking those meds unless you talk to your cardiologist. a 5.00 box of prilosec is worth a try after another heart attack.
