Differin gel and acne?
im 18 and have acne for a while. ive used minocycline, clinxoly, and differin. im using this right now but its making my acne worse. mainly on my forehead. what do you reccomend for a person who is asian, have oily forehead, and nose. generally tanned skin
I'm mournfully a carrier or acne myself.
About two years ago my doctor prescribed Differen. Then after about a moth he prescribed Tazorac and it made my skin worse.
Then about a month ago I was cleaning out my bathroom when I saw the differen gel. ( I am currently not going to a dermatoligist.) One item I do remember him telling me is that your acne may get worse before it gets better.
I've be using Differen for about 2 weeks after I found the old tube. It's working great for me.
Just make sure you don't miss a night.
I mop up with Purpose soap and blackhead face wash from Neutragena every morning. Then, since my face is fatty like yours I wash with the purpose soap after I get home from institution to get my makeup off. Then at night I apply the Differen. (After I wash my obverse after school I also apply Neutragena spot treatment.)
I know this seems like a lot, and it is.. But my facade is starting to clear up.
Differen doesn't work for everyone but it's working for me.
