I myself am on Yaz, strictly for PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). I have been on it for a year immediately, and it's greatly helped alleviate the PMDD symptoms. During the first couple of months I had nausea and headaches as side effects from the Yaz, but they did go away.
I don't hold acne problems, not necessarily b/c of the Yaz, LOL, but yes, many birth control pills can help with acne. Some women will gain weight on pills, others don't.
