Is this because of Lexapro?
I've been on Lexapro for a little over a month. But now, I feel worse very soon then before. I'm always sleepy, and I'm always surrounded by a fog. The doctor told me it will wear off, but It's been over a month now. I'm about to stop taking it. Is that a correct ideal?

I take lexapro. For me what happens. Is
1. Sex drive decreases
2. I stay up subsequently
3. I am always hyper
4.Always in a really good mood
5.Sometimes, I can be really sleepy.
But, those are just a few things that Lexapro does to me!
But, for some individuals the side effects are different. Like a few of my friends take it and they feel like it doesnt effect them at all. So, you will probally will a short time ago have to tell your psychatrist about it and then try a few different meds out, and see how you touch, do this until you find the right one that works for you.
If it were me, I would go for a follow up and tell my Dr. these side effects are still occurring and that you are considering stopping this medication. Everyones bodies are different and act in response differently to drugs. It could be that this is just not the right medication for you therefore its not working. He may want to try another Med.
