Not sure what the ordinary doseage for you would be I'm 100 hyzaar and 25 hctz. 50/12.5 seems to be the usuall starting point. A piece of advice and I have never had a doctor report to us this.....of couse the hctz (12.5 or 25) is a duretic (water pill to flush water out and water soluable minerals) and it will throw off your electrolites. Ensure you are at least getting potassium from sources.......banana's the quickest and easiest. Our 4 doctors never told us this later you you get heart palpatations and feel like dying you now know why. I would also supplement near a good multimineral's to take, but focus on the banana and other fruits and veggies.

Most people start at 50/12.5 mg but that can be doubled. I cart one 100/25 mg pill daily.
