How did chantix work for you?
Great stuff. On week six and tomorrow will be a month of not smoking. After the first week I went down to 2-3 a day and quit completely after the second week. It really is like I just forgot in the region of smoking. I still go to bars and drink coffee and have no urge to smoke. I even cut the dosage in partly about a week ago and quit taking it 2 days ago. I will never smoke again. I smoked over a pack a day for 14 years and had tried to quit many times near the gum. Never even made it a day. If you can't quit using this you can't.
I'm planning on starting it soon, after seeing my brother-in-laws success. I've known him many years, and see him try to quit many times. He says he just kind of 'forgot' in the order of smoking -- the desire was gone. He had an occasional slip up, but said when he did, he got nothing out of it, and didn't perceive a desire to continue.
