Seroquel 25mg make me surface abnormal, is it suppose to?
I just started taking Seroquel 25mg two nights ago for my anxiety. After trying Effexor, Wellbutrin, and Cymbalta, nothing has worked.
While taking Seroquel these concluding couple of nights, I have been feeling dizzy, heart race, cold and hot, and more anxious. Is this normal with people who take this prescription, especially because it's only 25mg? If it's normal, when will it stop? I never had any side effects with any of the other medication prescribed, and I am quite worried and scared.
What should I do?

I have those effects from Seroquel, but I took it at 400-800 mg. I took it for two years and I had those effects more or less the whole time. Please look at this:

I've written here about the denial effects of antipsychoticas/seroquel, and what you can do to feel better. I've noticed that you've been taking antidepressants earlier. Seroquel is not even remotely related to antidepressants, they are completely different. I'd read out that antipsychoticas are worse for you than antidepressants. You should not take Seroquel for depression. You're probably aware of this already, but you haven't told us what you're taking them for and what you hope to achieve :)
Anyway, I hope things get better for you, and you find a solution outside of YA. Because, you know, medicines aren't resembling restaurants, you can't just recommend them to each other. Each one works differently on different people. Although as far as antipsychs go, Seroquel and Abilify are supposed to be the mildest and tiniest debilitating. Abilify is even milder than Seroquel.
First I would suggest that you look up any and adjectives medications that you take. Knowledge is power especially when dealing with medications and disorder that concerns you. Research it. Read whatever you can about it. Knowing is the key! I find that www.medmd.com is a great place to look up every kind of medication and/or malady. I also take seroquel 100 mg along with 150 mg effexor xr, 45 mg remeron, 30 mg valium, 200 mg trazadone and a med for high BP. Every one of those meds can cause those side effects. After taking the med for 4 to 6 weeks, most side effects step away. The ones that don't you have to decide if it is a side effect that you can deal with. That is what I have to do with all my meds. Some side effects that I had never went away. I do business with the dizziness among other things everyday. The good parts about what the medication does for me out weighs the impossible parts of the side effects that are still there. Don't be worried or scared. Give it a chance to work. i take 300 mg every night and it used to clear my heart race, make me feel very fatigued, adjectives and like i was on some street drugs.
The first few nights it was entering my system it give me blackouts during sleep. I would get up to take a pee and fall down. Even getting up quickly from lying down you hold to be careful because it will cause you to get dizzy. So get up slowly :)
I desire i didnt have to take this drug but i need it. It has also made me gain 40 pounds surrounded by the 5 months iv been on it.
I used to take 150 mg of effexor for 3 years and it worked wonders for me till it wore off.
