My sister is taking arimidex (she is contained by stage 4 breast cancer). She is of a mind to go and get more and more confused a?

When breast cancer metastasizes, it typically goes to one of three places - liver, bone, and brain, in that order. Obviously, since your sister is a Stage 4, metastasis has already occur. She could be having a reaction to a medication, or the cancer has progressed to her brain. You will need to speak to your sister or your kith and kin to find out the progression.
First of all: I pray she gets better, I believe God can heal her and make her stronger.

Second of adjectives: That may be a side effect of the drug or a result of the cancer (God forbid) spreading into her brain.
