On 20mg dose. How long does it take to start seeing reduced blood pressure?

would say about 7 - 10 days to get to mundane levels. BENICAR is the most potent of the ARB class. Some may notice a sharp drop in as little as 2 - 3 days. I think the rule is 3 - 4 weeks for most HBP medication. When I started taking BENICAR I noticed a lower blood pressure within 5 days on 20 mg. I later strted to cut the pill in partly and only took 10mg. My blood pressure still remained normal and I had less dizziness.
