Okay, well I'm 15, and my father insists I go on birth control.
I'm not sexually active, but he likes to be safe and sound because he knows things happen.
Also, we are hoping it will help regulate my periods and clear up my skin more.
But the directions are a bit confusing....
When exactly do I embezzle the white reminder pills? What is the purpose of those?
and also:
1) Did you gain any weight while on the pill? How much?
2) Did you suffer from a lot of nausea, etc?
3) Did you use it to help your skin, breast size, or regulate periods? Did it back any?

1. No weight gain.
2. No nausea.
3. Possibly helped skin...not that noticeable. My boobs get bigger and it did regulate my periods.
The white pills are when you are supposed to be on your period. (You may start before, during, or just after the white pills-that's what I be told).
And don't miss any pills because then it won't regulate your period, at least that's what I have found.
Reminder pills are sugar pills while your on your term. They just keep you on track so you dont forget to take your pill while on your period.
I come up with i gained a pound or two from the pill maybe not.
I never had the nausea but i have hear of many girls getting that at first
And yes it regulates your periods. On time every month . unless u miss a pill Then it TOTALLY messes you up. Take it at the SAME TIME EVERYDAY.
