Even if you did not mix them you would be at risk for serotonin syndrome (might actually be the same as hyponatremia). There is a wide variation within elimination rates of drugs in people. Some people carry it others don't.
Each drug is a SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor).
Its just starting to be suspected that increases in serotonin levels might cause defect tissue to form in the heart.
